Slot Reimagined

Launched in July 2022, Slot was originally conceived as a workplace table system. Its purpose was straightforward: introduce weight, material presence, and permanence into environments often defined by lightweight, technical furniture.
Oak was used structurally rather than decoratively. Proportions were resolved to feel deliberate and grounded. The result was a table that sat comfortably within architectural spaces.

As the way people occupy space has evolved, so too has the role of furniture. Dining tables increasingly function as shared work surfaces. Boardroom tables are expected to feel less formal and more domestic. Slot has been remastered in response, extending the range beyond its original focus while retaining the same design discipline.

The remastered Slot collection introduces a dining table, boardroom table, and bench. These additions are not stylistic variations. They are direct extensions of the original system. Forms remain monolithic. Surfaces are broad and uninterrupted. The tables are defined by mass and clarity rather than detail. Each piece is designed to hold its own within a space, rather than rely on surrounding elements for presence.

Material honesty continues to underpin the range. Slot is anchored in oak, selected for its warmth, structural integrity, and ability to age with use. Finishes are restrained, allowing grain, scale, and proportion to remain legible across residential and commercial settings. Whether placed in a home, dining room, or meeting space, Slot reads as a permanent fixture rather than a temporary object.

Alongside these physical developments, the Slot range has been re-engineered to allow greater flexibility in how it is specified. Dimensions, shapes, and features can be adjusted in real time, enabling designers to resolve tables precisely to their context. This includes new options such as central inlays in marble or leather, custom top geometries, refined edge profiles, integrated drawers, risers, and privacy panels.

Each feature is optional and considered. Nothing is added by default. The intent is to support different spatial conditions while preserving the clarity of the original design.
Slot remains a system, not a standalone piece. Shaped by material and proportion, it reads as a permanent fixture rather than a temporary object.
