Materiality lies at the heart of every design decision, starting with the selection of straight, defect-free oak logs for veneer. These logs are trimmed by the planer to achieve consistent thickness and a smooth, even surface, preparing them for manufacturing.

The vertical ribs of the base are designed to slot into recessed tops, creating a secure fit that ensures lasting structural integrity and durability.

The vacuum veneering process applies precise, even pressure, allowing the veneer to achieve stable curved surfaces that highlight the attention to detail behind each piece.
