At the centre of the extension is the Blend Bed. The form balances two conditions. A sculptural, edged base provides structure, while the bedhead introduces a softer, more rounded expression. The contrast is controlled. Each element is resolved to sit in tension without conflict. Presented for Melbourne Design Week in Grey Wash Oak Veneer, polished stainless steel and Kvadrat Sahco Cifrado, the bed demonstrates the material direction of the collection while remaining open to variation.
